Handmade Locally in Sydney Australia. Every tutu is MADE-to-ORDER, using over 400 yards of Tulle, tying off with a beautiful thick satin ribbon so it can be adjustable. ❤️ if you are not sure what size to choose just put your waist size in the notes when checking out.
